The program WinZIP or equivalent is required to uncompress the files. After Downloading the files, start Winzip (or equivalent) and extract the contents  into a folder. Look for Setup.exe, double click on it and follow instructions. Note the word DEMO is printed on Images in DEMO mode. After Purchase, ALL applications can be made production by requesting a Registration Code from Micro-Art.
